I especially liked the hazelnut biscotti. They were tasty, just the
right crunchy consistency without being too hard. (A lot of biscotti
tend to be too hard to bite into without dipping them.) They were not
too sweet but enough to taste like a dessert.

I have had Celiac Disease for 18 years and had to persevere during the early years with no good tasting gluten-free food. Things have changed and there are a lot more gluten-free food to choose from, some of them are good and others are not. I came across iamori foods a few months ago, specifically the Cranberry Raisin Biscotti. It is absolutely delicious and healthy (low fat), which is a combination you do not always find in gluten-free food. I look forward to having the biscotti as a special treat in my diet. It is so good!
